Nothing about a transaction rattles me.
Home is Winter Park. My wife, our daughter, and I are out on Park Avenue and the local golf courses most weekends, and I specialize in Winter Park and the surrounding areas of Baldwin Park, College Park, and Maitland because I live and work in the market I sell.
